Machining a small part on the Unimat with a lathe setup. Very simple T-handle thumbscrew modeled after an orthopedic surgical tool.

In a time of chimpanzees I was a monkey.
That was great man! I want a Unimat now...

gotta suggestion to ya crimson...
dunno how precise work you do... but when laying out your work you can take your marker and mark the area then use your calipers to scribe in your cut line
just something ive learned when workin in a machine shop
Just got done watching it. Those 11 minutes just flew by, I was glued to the screen. You can definitely add me to the growing list of people who want a Unimat.

Thank you Crimson!!
I know you hear it all the time but you are the man, and a true asset to the modding community. Video was awsome, felt like I was standing over your shoulder, and gave me a much better insight to how the Unimat works. I have always enjoyed watching metal working, maybe I should have been a machinist.. Anywho.. great work and by the way you got a music credit?
Nicely done Capello! Always a pleasure to watch a master at work.
Hope we get to see some more video's in the future! Sure would be fun to see the variety of things you could make with that thing! ^_^
People are stupid; given proper motivation, almost anyone will believe almost anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People’s heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true. People are stupid; they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so are all the easier to fool.
