nice sunny day today. newcastle is still probably pretty soggy right now, and i'd be willing to bet bucko's computer has been drowned if the place was flooded... he's probably got a lot of things to worry about at the moment.

I've heard from Bucko, he will be away on a personal matter for a few days. Please lets just leave it at that and respect his privacy. I'm sure when he returns he will appreciate your concern

Alright, just so long as he hasn't been injured or anything by the flood, and also so long as he still has a PC, lol.

An interestng fact that I heard recently that just came to mind regarding nuclear equipped ICBM's in Montana--If Montana were to secede from the USA, it would instantly become the third largest (in terms of warheads) nuclear-capable superpower in the world.

It was an interesting time here that's for sure. Being stuck in Hospital and watching it all happen wasn't fun. I didn't know if I'd have a house to go back to. The water came up to my back step (I can see the water mark), but didn't come into the house luckily.
My best mate lost his car, which along with the flood waters meant he couldn't come and visit me or check my place for me.
I really thought the windows were going to blow in on the room I was staying in at one point, the wind was unbelievable.
There are still cars littered around the place that had to be abandoned and haven't been collected by tow trucks.

I haven't been to see the ship that washed up on the beach yet. I did see it from my Hospital window though.
It will still be there for a while, so I'll have to head down and check it out before I go back to work.
