Main System spec's are in my sig.. What i didn't have
room for was that i have 2 water-cooling loops.. Both use 3/8" ID Tubing..

Swiftech MCP355 Pump > Swiftech Apogee GT CPU Cooler Block >
BIX 240 Radiator > Thermaltake Bay Res > back to Pump.

    Asetek 12V Xtreme Pump/Reservoir > Alphacool NexXxoS NB-SLI 1 Northbridge
Chipset Waterblock ( very tough to find, but a very good block.. still allow's
you to have 2 vid cards ) > Asetek Rad..
Radiator Fan's are all ( 3 of them ) SilenX 120mm Case Fans 2 are outside
the case on top of the dual rad and very quiet..

    Rest of stuff:
    Samsung 22" WS
    Viewsonic 19” VX924
    M-Play Blast LCD & Remote
    Logitech® Z-5500 Digital 5.1 Surround Speaker’s
    Razer Copperhead Lazer Gaming Mouse
    Razer Barracuda Surround Gaming Headphones
    Saitek Eclipse Keyboard Black
    Fang Gamepad
    Saitek X52 Flight Control System

Why spend the money on those two cards:

    2 XFX GeForce 7950 GT / 512MB DDR3 in SLI of course
When you could just get one 8800GTS or GTX and get better performance? For the price of two of those 7950's on Newegg, you could get a GTX and blow those cards out of the water.

i agree with above, with a highend system like that go with a 8800 GTX, or two hehe.

also i haven't tried my motherboard yet, EVGA 680i A1, since i don't have all the parts yet but i've heard its better than the striker. i was originally wanting a striker but heard the evga OC better. plus the money you save on the mobo you can get a GTX instead of the two cards.

I looked on Newegg, you can already get a GTX for less than the price of 2 7950GT's.

I agree to an extent about the vid card's.. however i am going to
wait until the second generation ( IE after the 8800 series card )
    b4 going with a DX10 card.
I really like the Asus Board.. Although I like the XFX Board also,
and it's a bit cheaper.. Once you get above a certain sellpoint,
you are really paying for the extra's on the board.. I like the
BIOS settings for OC'ing on the Asus board.. both are very
highly ranked at www.motherboards.org among other sites.
My one concern about the Asus board is i have heard issues
with running SLI along with running RAID.. I will do more research
before making a final decision. Some of the things i have bought so far,
but not the main components.. What's your idea of a power supply?
I like Thermaltake's.. i have a 700watt modular one that has worked well
    for me.

    Thanks for everyone's input.. !

    Why is that?
Unless you are planning on running Vista and using games that support DX10 and want to wait for better for that, the GTX is the better way to spend your money now than two 7950's.
