Anybody know where to get this without having to pay for a membership to download it and I'm trying to avoid torrents (I've only had problems with them and there can be legal issues involved depending on use)? I'm sick of FilePlanet and their "pay to download" crap when I really don't want to give them my credit card number.

Hey all, how was this game? Due to a recent upgrade of my hardware I ended up missing out on the beta, stupid old components just didn't like it. It looked fun, but now it's $50 and there's no more trial period. Can someone please just kind of, tell me about it? lol

so far, what I saw was basically, you level up by going into war rooms by waiting in a line at a portal (there are many) and once you go in, you have a team of 4. You 4 must take on 10-15 (didn't count) bots which sometimes will woop your asses. After, you get to loot some stuff.

The main city is huge with plenty of stands and stuff to buy from bots to buff your character.

From the main city there are a ton of other portals that go to other worlds? cities? I'm not sure what they are called.

You have 8 classes to choose from I believe but you can decide to change by "going in a different direction" with your character. I'm not sure how to explain.

Try google videos for footage and reviews. Honestly, I can definitely see the game being waaay more addictive than other MMORPGs but only if your pc can handle it.


EDIT:: also, torrents in this case are 100% legal.

Alrighty. It seemed fun but my PC lagged to much... well, the "old one" that is. I'll have to see where to download it from, or plug in my backup drive which may or may not be riddled with viruses, oh joy.

It's definitely worth a try but damn it would be a sweet game with an 8800.

I played Fury since the start of the trial, got bored of it after two weeks lol. It is a visually spectacular game. With an E6600, 8800GTX and 2GB RAM I run it at around 90+ FPS with everything on high (as I do with most games lol). The only problem I have with the game is the long render times and extremely long ques for the matches.

Oh and just in case you guys don't know it will be free to play, yep you heard right. pay for the game and never pay again.

That can also mean it wont last as long as a p2p game for those of you who are able to stick with a game from start to finish. (I wish I was able to do that...)
