    Default x1600??

    Would this be a good video card for gaming. They have really high clock speeds and REALLY high memory speeds would they be good for gaming???

    I have read a couple of reviews, and they compare it to the 6800. They say the 12 pipes limit its abilities, even with the high clock speeds. (One review compared the clock speed difference to the AMD vs Intel clock speed war)

    you could probly even unlock the last 4 pipelines like you could on the 9600XT... i Think it was that card. But yeh, you might be able to find an overclockers tutorial on how to, if you dont mind voiding your warrenty on an expensive card and doing some soldering.

    the 6800gs kills it, there is no point to it unless you want to xfire it, which would make it comparable to the 7800gt.

    I have a 6800 ultra and there are no words to express my happiness except for F**K YES! NVidia all the way!
