wow, very nice. Really cool looking window, kinda outta the norm. Now just stealth the drives and that will look pretty sweet.

Thanks Custom, i think you could do exactly the same job or better. all it takes is a good idea (i seem to be out now) and putting in the time and effort to do the job. im a noob at this and if i can do it, you can do it too. trying to think of GOOD ideas for my next one now... this might take a while

Great job, especially for a 1st mod! I have always loved the way black and red go together. You've got talent!

thanks very much. i worked on it for a reallly long time i even acctually put it down for i think about 6 months. hope my next one turns out lookin good. dont want to be a one shot wonder lol. your right about red and black they are just such nice contrasting colors. its not too often that you see something using those colors that dosent look good weather its cars cloths or anything else. i guess it helped to bring out the red when i painted the inside too. i gave it to my girl already and she loves it. now im going to have to come up with one for me.

stealth the drive or make them hidden so you don't know they are drives. The easiest way to semi-stealth them would be to remove the cover and paint them red.

Very nice work, love the window. Thumbs up .

thanks Aero. i think for my next one i might do something like that. this system is alreay out of my hands unfortunately. i have seen some people i think glue or attach somehow the face plates of the case directly to the door of the cdrom drives. i guess the effect is supposed to be that when the door is closed it looks like there is no drive there. perhaps i will try this on my next mod. I already have the design for the window to cut out and i think its going to look alright. maybe not as spectacular as this one but we will see what happens. i will post it here in a while when im done.
