They released a bunch of small addon pack things that added various things from spell tomes to horse armor to new houses and whatnot online and these things supposedly came with the Knights of the Nine expansion pack. Check the data files thing in the Oblivion launcher and see if it has the spell tomes and whatnot in the list.

All the officially released add-ons are in the Knights of the Nine pack. What others were referring to are the unofficial player-created add-ons that have been posted on various websites around the net.

People are stupid; given proper motivation, almost anyone will believe almost anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People’s heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true. People are stupid; they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so are all the easier to fool.

It took me like an entire week just to get to level 2. You're making good time! ...although, that could of been because I wanted to explore more than anything. lol

The boogey man is going to visit you in your sleep eventually. Thats all I'm saying. ;P

Yeah, it takes waaaay too long to level at times. I lost a save game that was around level 15 or so (took me quite a while to get there) with good gear and whatnot and lost interest in the game. The start should be way faster.
