Most websites only carry the first link, but logisys carries a few UV ones and a few regular ones.
Hope that helps!
Edit: Apparently they only make different colored 80mm UV fans except the one 120mm UV fan. Lame. Looks like you're stuck with the one choice then. Of course... you could always just mount it on a different fan of your liking. lol
People are stupid; given proper motivation, almost anyone will believe almost anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People’s heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true. People are stupid; they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so are all the easier to fool.
thanks for the links, I'm just looking for the outer ring though...not the whole fan

Try contacting the manufacturer, I'd bet they have the parts. I haven't seen round cold cathodes in a long time. I think Xoxide used to have some, but I couldn't find any.
You can also try looking into alternative UV methods. You can buy UV LED Molex connectors, UV LED Strips, UV CCFL Fan Grills (costs more than the fan), UV LED RAM Mods, UV LED Spread Light Modules, UV Laser Beams, regular UV LED's, LED Screws, or just regular UV CCFL tubes. Theres lots of options! lol
