You know when I first saw the first picture (of the polished lexan edge) I thought it was of a rectangular cardboard box because I couldn't see the lexan at all lol. That is a very smooth edge.

I've noticed rabbit wheels clear up polycarbonate edges pretty good, not as seemless as you've done, but it might take alot of the initial polishing/sanding off.

for some reason the first line has my imagining a dremel powered R32 hahaha.. or a cottontail spinning uncontrollable on an ez lock dremel mandrel
