is there really any difference between the cheap makes and the more expensive ones? cos i can get a can of primer for £1, and some black car paint for £1

Well yes and no. There both paint, Bt if you buy Krylon its much better quality. Most 1$ paints don't dry. Also NEVER, i mean NEVER paint plastic with $1 paint. NEVER! If you're painting plastic use Krylon Plastic Paint. That plastic krylon sinks in the plastic.
But its still paint. If you want you can go head and use it, Im just saying, If you want a more richer, dominent, quality paint job, try krylon or one of the more expensive paints.
well its just for the drive chassis inside, and for painting the cases on my burners.
my mate sprayed some on a tree, and it dryed almost instantly, so it should do the job. ill go pick 2 cans of each up tomorrow
Im guessing it may have dried instantly because the bark absorbed it?? maybe?? lol
it was raining at the time, but it did dry very fast.
I used some $1 paint on my case and it's fine. I can't tell a difference between that and the orange Krylon I used.
RIP Bucko
oh right, ill grab a couple of cans when im next over there. the pound store is great. you can get xbox dancemats for £1. theyve got loads of tools and stuff. prolly rubbish quality, but if they last long enough for the case, im happy.
i got a question along these lines, whats better, the home use Krylon, or automotive paint? The last mod I did was with automotive paint and it seemed to act the same way as krylon from Wal Mart. Whats the difference?
