The tubing came in. This is really getting frustrating. The walls are the same size again. 1/8". Me the dummy, thought it said 1/16". And they don't have it.
The only two places so far I can find is "Performance-PC" and "Jab-Tech" with the red tubing. ANYONE know of another place that has red tubing 1/2" ID and 1/16" tubing walls?
I'm getting a nice stock of red tubing

I wonder if I can mod it? Get a razor and thin the walls enough for the compression nut?

That's a big no!Did cut my thumb trying. It was a shot. I might have to go with an adaptor. Didn't want to do that.
I can find 3/8 with 1/8" & 1/16" walls. But not 1/2, smallest seems to be 1/8" walls.

i know with some hdds there is a small hole in the top....you dont want that to be covered....my friend once set his hdds upside down when testing his comp...then we started smellin smoke.....so make sure you poke that hole through with that CF sticker

worklog is going great.. the case is absolutely awesome! and the work u do
about the hdd... hmm... maybe remove the original black paint and polish the metal to mirror-perfection? +clearcoat? or design something lamorghini-ish to cover it?
