I just love this game. Old but still kick ass!

BUt for know. Since i saw this thread I think about doing smth in this way. I have some sketchup to show ya simon275 ( but i aint see it on my pendrive).

I see here's some offtopic barbling:p(no offence!"D). So few questions in my head.
I see that simon275 and someone else play CS. And you use LCD's with 8 ms( simon275 as I remeber). How they work in FPS. There are no.... ya know ghosts and some artefatcs due to a bit low "ms"? I heard many fcks from, let say pr0 g4m3r5 about some LCD's with thiz respons. In other words, they say that even 4 ms is sometimes not good idea.
I wonder how it works in CS. When ya play on clans servs action is fast(depending ofcours on what clan serv) I gues? How it is whit thiz?

Lets talk about mod

You could just use some casings. Make it look like your comp fired out the rounds and the casings just fell onto the bottom of it.

I hope it wont be like in BlackMessa by Piloux and this battlefield's mods from Germany?

PUt Plexi. Crash it like got some shots from gun(in this case like in Black Messa II truly). But ain't bullet holes. Crash it like glass in CSS. Left plexi in corners.
Then put on side hmmm, I ain't know right word. Something like net/web in fence made of metal wire or smth. In this you could do some holes. And on the other side of Case bullet holes also should be!.

IMO. This transparent plexi in front is ... ough! It hurts! Put there a nice grill or just leave fan without this plexi.
Or... hmm. "engrave" smth on this plexi. Spray on cs logo or Hl logo.

Next. Keeping in style.
I sugest keeping colorus style.
Dark pearl aqua or blue with some transparency could be nice. But don't forget about "rotten" green, army colour or smth.

I ain't quite see what ya could do with this scope. Looking with your neighbour Tv is sort of plan. But for gaming?
It should be usefull stuff. Nor for just pr0 look.
Maybe if it's big enough, use it for reservoir in WC? Hmm, but it could be to small.
Ya also can use an empty "grenade" to put reservoir in.

isnt 53c a little hot? i got a crappy fan that came with my cpu and it stays around 44c. perhaps i missed something about overclocking or something but i thought it would be a lot cooler. especially with a zalman water rad kit thing.

p.s. im running a p4 3ghz HT no overclocking.

It's temp of GPU not CPU.
And for 6xxx and above family card it's not so high afaik.

im running zalman reserator 1 v2 and it sux on the gpu, im gonna tear the whole thing out and build a scratch build one, after i get a case that can house it all!

"hey fox, that is actually the GPU temp and for that king of card it is a normal temperature"

Well I am starting University at the moment and I have no time for anything.

Once University is underway and I have settled down I will continue this mod. I have a number of bits and parts I have collected to make the case more of a counterstrike case.

Really 8ms LCD screens are fine for gaming just like a crt only bigger and thinner. It works fine in CS

Wow h3moglobe0 some amazing ideas there. You picture with the mesh was interesting. I will look into it.
