Advice needed for New Laptop

Requirements:

1) i7 QuadCore proccessor
2) HDMI output (So i can link it on my HD TV for a optional display)
3) as light as possible
4) decent amount of ram
5) budget below USD $1500 (Im in Singapore though, so its about SGD $2000)

Uses:

1) Adobe package
2) Autodesk 3D Max, Maya
3) Streaming online videos

Reference:

1) Asus N82JQ Current promo priced @ SGD $1898 (Usual SGD $259
2) Asus N61JQ
3) Acer 4820TG-646G64MN Current promo priced @ SGD $1698 (Usual SGD $219

*I am currently looking at these 3 laptops and am open to other brands if its available in Singapore. Most importantly i am here for your advise and need it asap as there are promo prices going on.
Again i am open to more options if there is some new laptops which better and close to my budget coming out in the near future.

The Asus models are both good, which one depending on how much GPU power you need. Personally though, I would go with a Thinkpad T410 or T510, or if it fits in your budget, an X201. I have an X200, the 'tick' the the X201's 'tock', and I love it. You can upgrade the X201 to an i7-620M and 8GB of RAM and with the smallest battery it only weighs 2.89lbs.

EDIT:
Sorry, I forgot about HDMI.. The X201 unfortunately only has VGA out (without the docking station), but the T410 and T510 both have Displayport as well, which can power an HDMI display with an adapter.

I have the Asus G73J and love it. Will do everything you want, but it is not small. 17" screen.

No. $1499 without the blueray player.

Airbozo: I guess its 17+" which is gonna be very heavy but its a good choice for the price though.
