    Default ubuntu issue

    In ubuntu on my laptop I can no longer see the top of the bar to minimize, maximize, or close my windows. Any help?

    Is this the bar at the top of each window or the panel that the top of the screen?
    That we enjoy great advantages from the inventions of others, we should be glad of an opportunity to serve others by any invention of ours, and this we should do freely and generously.

    Ok, is the bar still there and the buttons are just gone or is the bar completely gone? Screenshot would be helpful if you can.

    Which version?
    I know, in 10.04, they moved the buttons from the top-right to the top-left.
