Default Star Wars: The Old Republic

Anyone going to be playing? I participated in a weekend beta, and honestly can't wait for it. Dec 20th can't come fast enough imo.

Can't help but think of KOTOR...

Is it (other than Star Wars ) related in any way?

Yes it's set quite a few years after the events of KOTOR 2. There are a lot of references to Revan and Malek(sp?).

We have KOTOR 1 and 2 for XBOX 1. My bro completely beat the first, and got to the end of the 2nd (unofficially beat it).

Want to get playing both again, as we have the strategy guide for the first.
However, our X1 died on us , and it doesn't work very well on the 360.
    Craigslist time.

Unfortunately, around here, they want $60 for JUST the console!

I am not really suppose to discuss it as I am still under the NDA. But what I can say is it was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed every minute I played over that weekend. I am kind of glad I didn't get invited into main beta as I really want to explore the development of each class story. If you enjoyed KOTOR you will enjoy this.

It will probably be like most other MMO RPGs. $15 a month sounds about right.

The last game I payed a monthly fee on was Red Baron, decades ago...

Never again. Not for me anyway. Hell I have the minimal Netflix subscription and I rarely watch more than one movie a month. They mostly sit on my mantle gathering dust....
