Nothing prepared me for the awesome powers of the greatest fight scene of all time, however.

In terms of actual fight scenes, I prefer the epic street brawl in They Live, but I got a kick out of this one. Heh.

For real fight seens I would have to go with one of the ones from either Braveheart or Fight Club, Gladiator had some good ones too.

What about that Hammer fight scene in OldBoy? That was incredible! A cross section of a long coridor, and a single camera on rails. Your hero's just pulled someone's teeth out with a claw hammer and his gang isn't so happy; but they can't really fight in an enclosed space, and it's one of the most amazing face-offs ever. It's not like Neo vs. Mr Smith either, it looks completely real, and very believable.

Now THAT's a fight scene. Smoke that one, Neo.

Anyone else find that more disturbing than anything else? There's a difference between violence in movies and real violence like that-i mean, i saw a guy on fire. It's just not something to glorify.
