I'll be patient, the end of this project will be well worth the wait.

Thx! For both the congrats and the compliments. I used 3Ds Max for creating the concept art.

don't be jealous, I bet your time will come as well!

The house has a garage indeed and a pretty big attic of which a certain part will become my hobby room.

Um, if your garage roof is flat, which it looks like from the picture, rain water is going to build up and cause leaks/a collapse.

Just thought i should point that out ASAP, if you didnt already realize it.

Nice one! Time for some house-modding?

@D1337: If you look very close, you can see a grey tube runing down right from the garage. I'm guessing, but it's just a guess off course, that it functions as a drainage for the roof.

    In all of it's glory!

I was thinking the same thing, although I saw the pipe, but if you look closely in the picture the top of the pipe doesn't look connected to anything. As long as it has some way of draining correctly.

I like the house though, looks nice. Once the grass grows back in, and maybe some plants and stuff it will look killer. Good find!

Where I come from we would call that a flat roof
Theyre sloped slightly into one corner (only about 2'' of a drop) and provided they're laid properly they shouldnt cause any problems
