    Triple post!
I swear I think 90% of the people don't understand what a double and triple post really means.

Noopy- Nice reasoning, but no. Their life was cut short.

One more for you. This is fairly well known and you have likely seen it before, it's not a riddle but a puzzle. It was used in a study years ago to compare the conceptual thinking skills of eskimo children vs urban children to develop an idea of whether or not consistent television viewing effected the development of structural reasoning. The results were significantly suggestive that TV does indeed impair reasoning, but the study was too abstract and the results were scrapped. I don't have a scanner here so sketch this out...

Draw a grid of 9 dots like below and draw no more than 4 line segments that together pass through all 9 dots without lifting the pencil from the page.

    O O O

    O O O

    O O O

EDIT: I can't get the dots lined up above correctly, but they should be arranged in a square formation, not the rectangle seen above.

    I turn polar bears white

and I will make you cry.

I make guys have to pee

    and girls comb their hair.

    I make celebrities look stupid

and normal people look like celebrities.

    I turn pancakes brown

    and make your champagne bubble.

If you squeeze me, I'll pop.

If you look at me, you'll pop.

    Can you guess the riddle?
    Yikes! This one is tough...

EDIT: when you said "can you guess the riddle?" is that part of the riddle or just you asking?

So far I can gone through air, light, pressure, and nothing fits, that last line jacks me up "If you look at me, you'll pop", I can't think of anything that does that

The last line is not apart of the riddle to the best of my knowledge.

Hint: Don't take "pop" too literally. Think about how your job (or most peoples jobs, for that matter) can be sometimes.

You seem to be on the right track for the most part though, asking the right questions at least.
People are stupid; given proper motivation, almost anyone will believe almost anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People’s heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true. People are stupid; they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so are all the easier to fool.

Had to draw it and snap a pic as I couldn't figure out an easy way by typing. That one was pretty easy for me, I am pretty good at those types.

Has anyone made any progress on the other riddles? Too hard?

Cite one two-worded palindrome that can accurately describe the three-way relationship in the atomic particles of the non-metalic portion in table salt.
I have no clue, but I will try to start to work it out, and others can chime in.

    Table salt = sodium chloride

sodium is the metallic portion whereas chlorine is the non-metallic portion

Basic atomic particles of chlorine: electrons, neutrons, protons just like any other atom...so not sure what is unique here.

Ehh I have no clue and I am horrible at palindromes.

Well I just realized that I gave you the wrong info anyway (dammit!). It wasn't table salt, it was lye. Sorry man, my bad again.

Ahhh... I was wondering why I couldn't think of anything for chlorine. I will soon return

Edit: I have no clue, although when I see the answer I will probably slap my head. Doh!

    Here is what I know.

Lye: Theres a few different chemicals considered lye. Examples: sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide. In either case hydroxide would be the non-metallic portion. Hydroxide = OH-

Single bond between the oxygen and hydrogen.

Ehh, I suck at palindromes...maybe someone can roll with the ball from there. The thing with palindromes is I never know where to start to come up with one...

What first lies in bed, then stands in bed
    First white, then red
The plumper it gets, the better the old lady likes it?
