if i have a 3x120 swifttech rad. will that be enough for a 5830 water cooled and my cpu. right now my temps are like 18 c - 25c. so what kind of temp increase would i see. everything is out in the open as well.

what cpu? it should be fine, what fans are on the rad as well? and is the rad sucking outside air or case air?

phenom 720 be its in a push motion as of right now. i have yate loon high speeds.
A triple rad will be just fine. I've gotten good temps with an OC'd q6600 @3.6Ghz and an elderly HD 2900...which can probably light fires with its exhaust...on a 2x120 rad with 4 medium speed fans. The q6600 idles in the low 30s and usually stays under 50C. The GPU tops out at 67C and idles just below 50C. Ambient for those was about 17C. Ambient is what it's all about though. My temps get a lot lower in the winter. (CPU ~25C-40C, GPU ~35C-50C, Ambient ~12C) The greater the temp difference between your rad and the ambient air, the more efficient the heat transfer. Also, the larger the rad, the smaller the temperature spread between idle and full load.
A triple rad will keep your hardware nice and cool very easily. There are way too many factors involved for anyone to tell you what temps to expect, but I can say for certain that they'll still be pretty low.
Do you have a fan controller for the fans on the rad? I'd recommend one so you can turn down the noise when it's not needed.
I'll procrastinate tomorrow.
lol oh hell yeah i bought a fan controller. when everything is up all the way sounds like a jet engine is taking off lol.
