    Default Project Sapphire Ice

I got my overall design for this mod when i was designing the lenovo ice build, A smaller compact ice cube made for Gaming !!! but i also really wanted showcase the components. After a few drawings and ordering the materials i was ready to begin.

A Big Thank to Sapphire Tech, & Kingston for letting me build a unique case

    Components:

    Danger DenMC-TDX Block for LGA 1155, 1156 i3, i5, i7
    Danger Den-RAD-Reservoir
    Danger Den-CPX-Pro 12V Pump
3/8" Blue UV Danger Den Tubing
Stealth GTS 240 Black Ice Rad
Feser One - UV CLEAR Illusion - F1 - Coolant
    Enermax Apollish Vegas 120mm x 25mm
    Mod/Smart Supreme System Sleeving
    Mod/Smart 20 Station LED Board - Base w/ 10x LEDs
Tailed Red 5mm LED w/ 2 Pin Mobo Header Connector
Bulgin Switch Black Switch - white LED

I started by drawing on a wooden sheet for the mold where i want the components to fit.

then i started creating the molds for the base

    Poured the resin

after a day of curing in the sun

A rough shell base has begun.

Looks cool! I loved the design of the first ice PC you built so I'll definitely be following this one!

    Rad & fans

added the Blue ray & PS + side panels

Cutout for the upper case fan to blow on the GPU

Super tight fit for water cooling and wires

    cleaned up the wiring
