ABCNews forums. I was using the name "Richard Cranium" and they saw no humor, saying it was offensive to some people. Hehehe, EVERYTHING is offensive to someone...

I don't think I've managed to get banned from anywhere, ever. By anywhere, I mean forums, servers, bars, malls, the works...
I'm by no means goody-goody, just very subtle.

No, same username, same IP. That's their way of dealing with something. You mess, you get a temporary ban. The majority of my bans were just asinine though.

well ive been banned from two places so far.
the first place i got banned from was the worldgamerz forums. me and a friend were going to be sponsoring a gaming tournament for them with some hand crafted jewelry prizes. that whole thing didnt pan out, and we got banned because the guy running it was a dick... and then he disappeared. no loss though, we hadnt even gotten to the point where we could make any jewelry, they wouldnt give us a definite design.
the second place i got banned from was the library in my first university (i say first because i go to a different one now). the very first day i went in that library, i tried to shut a computer down because it wasnt responding, and they blamed the problem on me and told me to leave. i went back on a different day, and tried accessing some diagnostic information, but the computer was locked because A) its a university computer and B) its a dell. it was harmless information too, i just wanted to see if they had video cards in the machines or not. so i got put off and punched the computer and yelled at it... i was in a stupid frame of mind that day. so that day i got banned.
<EDIT> actually i think i came close to getting banned from here too over an argument about infinity and circles. i think i was testing a few peoples patience with my crazy ideas. something about claiming that infinity divided by infinity equals zero...

If you wanna see your ass get banned faster than you thought possible, try messing with the admins on thinking-man.net
They run my preferred CS:S server, and they like to keep it clean. Clean like the inside of a fresh out of the box HDD.
If anyone actually goes there and gets banned, I don't know you...
