Hey guys. Sorry for no updates for a while. We're in the processing of looking for a new place and packing. We have to be outta this house on or before 1 May. Expect this to pick back up once we're moved and settled.

On the other hand.. I'm wanting to get another tattoo.. Here's what I have in mind. I'm going to change it up a bit though. The Eagle's wings need to be fuller, and I'm playing around with some font ideas. Just E-mailed to the artist tonight, and waiting for his feedback.

And that's a sweet tattoo. I don't know which font I like best though. Probably the last one on the right, the one on the left, or the top one on the right.

I like the Olde English style font personally...

Ok.. things have been on hold with my mod for a while now. We're moving and I've been completely consumed with trying to find a new place. Well, I got an extension on when we have to be out of the house, so I'll be picking this one back up very soon. I have Wednesday off this week, so I might be able to do something that night. Oh, for those that don't know, I got a new job back in March, and I've been working 7pm - 7am nights since Apr 1st. Look for a cool update soon!

Whatever happened to the tattoo? I'm jones'n for one too but they're freakin expensive. I think that's another reason it's cool to wait till your in the first civ div, makin the big bucks.

Well, the artist is dragging his feet on getting back to me. Not really a big deal to me right now with everything else I have going on. Besides, I can't argue with the price (I MIGHT have to pay for needles and ink only). Tattooing isn't his full time occupation. I kind of agree with the idea of waiting until you get out for a moto tattoo. Especially with the new restrictions the Corps just put out. I can't say that I'm at all enthusiastic about it. I've been out 7 years, and always knew I wanted to get an Eagle Globe and Anchor. I think it's about time I get it done. Come on out to Ohio Tony, and I'll hook you up with my guy. Then, we'll hook up with my buddy from work, and we'll light up NE Ohio Jarhead style.

Oh yeah.. my schedule until the first part of June..
Work tonight
Off tomorrow
Work Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun
Off Mon Tues.

Then, it's 7 days straight at work. After that, I have 7 days off (with pay, and without taking vacation). We work a different schedule than most, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. It's a little crazy for me the next 2 weeks because I switched weekends with someone so he can attend a wedding. I'm hoping to get some painting in and work on the head gasket for my '95 S10 during my 7 day break. I'm considering a cool frost effect that I think you guys will like for my window. We'll see how it goes.

What might be cool, is frost the window, but leave a basic marine emblem unfrosted in the window.
