I have it, but don't use it very often; I got it to play with, and it's cool that it's integrated into my phone, but I rarely have a use for it.

I use it to talk to my friends while gaming or even when we're not gaming and just at the computer. I don't use SkypeIn/Out however.

PLAR and I use it quite a lot to chat. Calls from Alberta to Florida are pricey!

I use it for text chat and occasional audio/video chat as well, primarily to communicate with folks overseas who also have Skype. I don't consider it to be a replacement for my phone, or in fact use their SMS/call-a-phone features at all.
