I just went back with it to the shop were I bought it. I had warrenty so I did get a new one. Along with new accesoires as cutting disks and more of that stuff. that's what make these things so good: They cost nothing and when they die after a year, you just get a new one!

@AMD_TaT3rs: I've helped a friend of mine. I builded a pc for him and in return he could offer me ALu plates. So I dind't get it from any shop or something.

I would try a local smith, junkyard of somehting like that.

    @Eclecticos: Thank you

Thanks for the input! I'll transalate another update shortly.

    No problemo

    Update 25

I've got a new (fake) Dremel!

    Box

    More stuff

    That's it

    UPDATE 26

I've been bussy with the real life so dind't made much progress but it's better than nothing

I need UV-light for the tubing and so, so I made a few plates which will house soms UV-leds.

    Cutted

With a few holes in it.

A few led's further. The hole between the plates is for the radiator.

All the wiring goes to the front of the case.

Light! To bad my cam. isn't that good. In real life the colour is purple.

    Overview

And a little test with some blue-UV liquid. Works brilliantly!

I also ordered the plexie so now it's getting real! Read on

    UPDATE 27

    Time for a bigger update!

Goodies again. What's in the box?

My own toolset Now I don't have te borrow them from my dad.

Next up was an 4x20 LCD. First I had to make room for it.

    Done

    Impression with the LCD.

    Soldering the LCD.

A few photo's from working with it.

    Succes!

Blurry, but it gives an idea how the lighting is.

Next I fine tuned the fanquard on top.

Then I made another fanquard for the other radiator.

    Drawing

    cutting

    Result

    Bending!

    Finetuning

    Installing

There will be some nice mesh behind it

    Bought a few switches.

Then I made a bracket with USB. I missed that in my other mod so this one had to had it

    Making room for it.

There it comes. Above the other 5.25'' drives.

And this is what you see from it with the logo on it, which serves as a steatlh-plate.

That's it again. Next time some plexiework!

    thanks for reading.

LEDs look great mate, if you want them to disperse more light and make a more even glow just give the tops of the LEDs a quick sand with some sand paper.
