    Default Update 2

I managed to get pretty much the whole day to myself today so made quite abit of progress on the case. Including its first splash of orange

I started by making a surround for the rear of the motherboard tray. Cut out of acrylic then clamped ready to drill mounting holes:

    Holes cut:

Mounted to the tray with hex bolts:

I cut a bracket for the rear 80mm rad:

Mounted to the , test, fan:

    And to the rad:

    Cut the orange front panel:

    Attached to the fan bracket:

Then mounted in the front of the case:

Cut and bent a black sheet to act as a 'floor' in the front of the case to hide wires:

    Mounted in the case:

Fitted the other 2 , test , fans:

Leaving the case looking like this (protective film is still on the acrylic):

    Then mounted the rad:

Hope you have enjoyed the update and can see the look of the case starting to take shape.

I still have alot of sanding to do on the pieces I have added today but really am starting to love the colours and look of this build. Should have another update next week and hope to buy the 120mm rad over the next couple of days.

    Thanks For Reading

    Looks really nice.
I like how the plexi is very minimal and not overpowering.
    Can't wait to see more!

Very nice work buddy. It's looking great so far. I think you will out do your old mod.

BTW: what happened with mounting the screen on Project Reality, did I miss a post or did you forget to update?

Well I took it back out and re-wired everything, installed it back in the case and still coulnt get a picture, tried every setting in powerstrip etc - it must be a dead screen. So waiting to get my hands on another one before I try again.

Besides that the build is all finished, I am using it now.
