The only games you'll find that others may have a spare of are the ones that are available in 4 packs.
I'd like to note that I WOULD have TONS of spare games to give away but steam kills dupes if you buy a bundle that includes games you already own.

I figured I wouldnt find an extra copy but it's worth a try. Guess I'll have to wait for it to go on sale again.

I could be wrong, but I seem to remember Steam having pretty strict restrictions on how/when/etc you can transfer games too...

I've sold a hand full of copies of games on ebay from buying the 4 packs. They transferred without any problems. Maybe I got lucky?
