To be fair to the guy, there are some smart-fridges that basically have a tablet embedded in the door...I imagine some of those can be hooked up to a computer over USB. ...just not normal fridges.

A defective thumbdrive. It happens every now and then in the company, so I sent a new one to the user.
A second defective thumbdrive. That's pretty rare. Better make sure the user is actually plugging it in. Yep, it's plugged in. Does the USB port work? Yep, the mouse works just fine.
A third defective thumbdrive. There's something wrong. Better go check it out.
Yes... those are USB ports right beside the atrocity.
Um....I'm pretty sure that's a Logitech wireless mouse receiver...which should actually work like that... Not sure why anyone would put it in like that with all those empty USB ports next to it, but hey.
