Now, to buy a new PSU....

I (think I)got money for that.

Just not sure my current 10-year-old 300W PSU is gonna cut this.

Before I make a PSU order, do you have any spares, TGS?
Two years. They were great. Let's make the next ones even better!

I've been looking at some of our member's specs over the last month when I realized that I could make a big difference. If I hold another contest and give away another prize, there's no telling if someone who really needs it gets the prize.

Here's the deal. I'm giving away one prize pack every month till December. The prize will always be awarded near the end of the month and I alone will choose the recipient. That's Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec. The prize will always be different. It's all about what I have to give away and who I want to have it.

Today, I will award the first prize.

The winner of Satan Claus comes to town for Sept is:

    AmEv

I saw your specs some time ago and that's the reason this has all started. So three others winners have you to thank for such a pathetic system

Your prize may be the best of all. You will receive:

    AMD Phenom X2 560 3.3GHz
    Gigabyte 78LMT-S2P AM3+
    PNY 8GB DDR3-1333
    Radeon HD 6850 1GB

Your prize package is worth over $350! PM me your address!!
Congrats AMev! TGS, way to make a difference with selfless acts. you are a hero. helpin one person at a time

Wow, I'm away from TBCS for a couple weeks and this is the kind of awesome stuff that happens? Maybe I should visit a little less often...

Seriously, though, congrats to AmEv; you truly deserve it. Kudos and HIGH PRAISE to TGS for his benevolent generosity. I've updated my specs, but since I just built that system last year (and gave it a refresh in June), I shall sit back and watch far more deserving people get the upgrades they need from Satan Claus.

I don't know. It's a stock card. I bought the card and a 1090T processor at the same time from AMD directly. It has no sticker, but is in perfect working order. I had it in the Zelda PC for about a month
