That does look promising. Any idea on how soon is soon?
I'll procrastinate tomorrow.
Yeah, we saw this in action at CES, very cool stuff!
“Do not trust people like me. I will take you to museums, and parks, and monuments, and kiss you in every beautiful place, so that you can never go back to them without tasting me like blood in your mouth. I will destroy you in the most beautiful way possible, and when I leave you will finally understand why storms are named after people.”
I didnt try, but it looks like you can order it now.

This was originally introduced by CoolIT as the Maestro in 2010.
It doesn't appear on Coolit's website anymore so it looks like teamed up with Corsair to market it under their name.
If you're fans are always on, why control them? I've never understood the need to use fan controllers

noise. slower fans make less noise. if you're not running CPU or GPU-intensive things, there's no need for max cooling all the time

I really like this idea. A bit on the pricy side but makes things real easy for those of us who still want custom PCs but don't have the time to learn electronics & programming. If I build a new case (which I'm thinking of) this may find it's way into it.
I really wanted to get the Maestro and was pretty mad at CoolIt when they sold it off to Corsair. I have the CoolIt Vantage which was supposed to be compatible and controllable from the Maestro. Also, it was only going to be $100, where the link is $130. I feel like we here at TBCS could develop something like the Maestro or Corsair Link and make an order of a hundred or so and do it for cheaper.
