Yeah there was really ALOT of plastic and metal sourounding those suckers! They are thin actually thinner then they look but there is one layer of MRI shield that i'll leave on it. Ones that layer is gone then you start to compromise things.. Itll look great overall. Cant wait till the plexi gets here.

I really envy you. I don't own a single LCD that isn't attached to a laptop (I have 5 of those). LCD monitors look so awesome without the casings.

My acrylic arrived today before work.. When I got home I grabbed my ruler, pencil and went nuts drawing lines... And this is what I came up with...

Above image is the plexi protective paper with some lines on it... ooooohhh

Above is a lcd panel turned over in its intended position..... aaaaaahhhhh

And above is all 3 lcd panels in their intended positions.... wwweeeeee

Holy crap lol. I was just thinking, wouldn't it be better to tilt the outside monitors in towards the center just a bit?

they will be... I've got a buddy who has a nice heat strip thats used to bend plexiglass.. Hes gonna put a 2 degree bend in between the monitors.
