in the past 14 days i have downloaded 206 gbs and up loaded 34.5 gbs wow hate to see the bill cause that goes about 70+ over our limit and it's only been half a month

The problem I see is not that you are downloading too much...but that you are uploading too little. Seriously, that's a massively skewed ratio.

we actually got a letter from our provider (a ****ty one, rogers) and they told us to stop doing that lol.

my dad left one running for a few weeks which had finished. so he was only uploading, which is why i think they sent it. they don't care about downloading, just uploading.

i don't think Shaw cares what we do and the only reason why it's so high is that theses are Private T's not public

Heheh, be glad you have an ISP that's cool with your traffic. My adventures with Comcast...didn't quite end so well.
