Which operating system do you use?

Running Windows Vista Home Premium on my gaming Computer and Windows XP Home on my Dads computer.

I've never had any problem (that didnt last for more than five minutes) with Windows Vista. That combined with the awesome UI, and I am one satisfied computer user.

Windows 2000 is my fave operating system. You are left in control of the computer instead of the OS taking over. I have it dual boot with XP (by neccessity for some software) but think XP stands for Xtra Poop.

Also use Ubuntu, which makes old machines quite nice and workable

... and have Vista on my Laptop which I rather despise frankly, especially as all the extra "security features" make it just plain annoying to use.

However ... all my puters are in crappy old England and I'm not ... so right now I use XP everywhere as that is what the library and internet cafes offer without exception.

Well, mine's too old for OS X, but I do run OS 8.6 on occasion... if that makes you feel better.

That helps lol, Tho to be honest i never really used older macs. I think i used them for a class in sixth grade. All i remember is oregon trail.lol

Glad to be back

Things here have been completely screwed up. The day I deposed my claim for asylum the French President was in bed with the queen of England in Buckingham Palace which didn't bode well. I waited two months to see a specialist, yesterday, when I got there he cancelled the appointment.

Today I got the rejection of my claim for political asylum and it's hillarious because they clearly didn't even read the documents - purely political - they don't want to give an Englishman asylum when France is trying to cozy up to England.

I'd come to Canada Luke and make a claim there ... but then .. the Queen of canada is none other than dear old Liz so I don't rate my chances.

I may be moving on soon ... to Cuba. How does their flag look?

No OSX for me, I had used on my high school's computers although I have some issues with the usabilty with the GUI. I do however run System 7.1 and 7.5 on a number of machines (I believe 5 of them are still operational).
