IDK about his ISP, but I know when a friend of mine ran into Verizon's 5GB/mo cap on their wireless internet service it turned out they did actually spell it out...deep in some contract agreement...fortunately he found out about the cap the first day he was trying out the service..and then promptly proceeded to overrun the cap that same day.![]()

I haven't noticed a cap with my Time Warner service. Their cable sucks, and they keep increasing the cost of the cable portion of the bill. But the roadrunner internet is fairly decent as far as isp goes. Granted I don't keep track of how much I DL/UL, though I'm fairly confident it's significantly higher than the average household, and never dealt with their customer or tech support.
